How many witnessed the flogging and who were the floggers. Why were the
witnesses unable to prevent this incident? An independent inquiry should be
held into this matter to find the truth behind this incident, instead of raising hue
and cry and giving further opportunity to vested interest to further indulge in such henious activity.
